Do I need an appointment?
Yes — appointments are required.
We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and couples sessions, as availability can be limited.

Where do I park and how much is parking?
Reserved client parking is available.
You will receive your assigned stall number by text prior to your appointment.
With validation, parking is $4 flat rate.
If parked in guest parking, the building’s standard hourly rate applies.
Please park only in your assigned stall.

What's your cancellation policy?
We require at least 12 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

Where do I keep my personal belongings?
A basket will be provided in your treatment room.
We recommend leaving jewelry and valuables at home, as we are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

How should I dress for my treatment?
You may choose to remove all clothing or wear underwear based on your comfort level. A sheet or towel will be used to drape your body at all times, exposing only the treatment area.

When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, we kindly ask that you wait in the building lobby until your appointment time, as we may still be with another guest.
Arriving on time ensures you receive your full treatment.

What if I am late for my appointment?
If you are running late, please call us at 808.909.7880 as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next guest. The full service fee will still apply.

How does payment work?
We accept cash and all major credit cards.
Gratuity is not included in our pricing.
If your service met your expectations, 15–25% is customary but always appreciated,

Is there a minimum age required to receive treatment?
16 years and older.
Guests under 18 require parental consent.
Guests under 16 not permitted.
