Please avoid consuming any caffeinated beverages and PLEASE REMOVE YOUR EYE MAKEUP BEFORE YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT.

To keep your lashes looking fresh and full. we recommend a refill every 2-3 weeks. Anything over 5 weeks will be considered a full set.

We kindly request all new clients to make their bookings online. To secure your booking, credit card information is required, utilized solely for charging no-show and late cancellation fees.

Our Last-Minute Cancellation + No-Show Policy entails a 50% Service Charge for cancellations within 12 hours and 100% for No-Shows. This policy applies to appointments made within 12 hours as well. Regrettably, no exceptions will be made. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please consider wisely before booking, as last-minute cancellations affect our service providers who dedicate time and effort to preparing for you.
